This project was referred to us by one of our partner architecture firms in the U.S., which is familiar with our expertise in European office furniture design. From the initial consultation, the HLB Gravier team expressed their desire for workstations and casual meeting areas with a distinct approach:

• Avoid conventional designs with metal legs, white surfaces, and traditional panels.
• Prioritize a modern yet warm aesthetic, using materials that convey quality and contemporary design.

Timber Workstations – Natural Elegance & Functionality

We selected the Timber line by Forma5, known for its distinctive design with angled solid wood legs, offering:

• A sleek, modern, and minimalist aesthetic
• A warm and unique look that sets it apart
• Integrated electrification systems (Byrne) and data solutions
• Privacy-enhancing panels and decorative Noray planters

Casual Meeting Spaces – Let’s Talk by Forma5

For informal collaboration areas, we incorporated Let’s Talk, an open POD-style modular system, featuring:

• Comfortable, ergonomic seating
• Integrated tables for dynamic meetings
• A modern, adaptable design for open-plan workspaces

Herman Miller Chairs & Project Expansion

To enhance the workstations’ comfort and ergonomics, the client complemented the furniture selection with Sayl chairs by Herman Miller. The exceptional satisfaction with the installation led HLB Gravier to expand the project, increasing the number of workstations while preserving the cohesive design aesthetic.
