It is formed by several 0,8-1,2 mm thick low carbon content cold laminated sheet pieces, depending on the function and position inside the cabinet. Once the pieces have been assembled, they are all welded together. Later, it is covered with 100 micron thick powder epoxy paint, polymerized at 220 ºC. It has rails at the top to hang files and optimize the inner space.
MELAMINE TOP:
19 mm thick melamine particle board with rectangular shape and 1,2 mm thick thermofused edges at the front and 0,5 mm thick edges at the remaining perimeter.
