Another convenient option is to do some activity that helps connect with inspiration, be it art, reading, or watching a movie.
Spiritual rest: It may be undervalued, but spiritual rest is about looking beyond the physical and mental and reconnecting with the original purpose that has led you to get where you are. Spiritual rest is not only related to religion; this type of connection can be found in a community or through meditation. Connecting once a week with a sense of self-acceptance and self-esteem are keys to feeling true well-being and contentment with life.
